Description: This is basically a Machine using for producing threads on different kind of products. The final 3-D model is developed using given 2-D files. Customer wants the machine assembly in Catia. This assembly contains 179 components and 21 sub-assemblies.

2. Part Modeling, Assembly and Drafting of Source Assembly
Software used: Catia V5 R10
Client: Axis IT &T
Description: Using Given Input is in Pro-e Wildfire 3-d model, the modeling and drafting is done for the component using Catia V5 R10.The tolerances and symbols are specified according to the company's standards.

3. Part Modeling, Assembly and Drafting of Bed Frame
Software used: CATIA V5 R10
Client: Axis IT &T
Description: Using Given Input is in Pro-e Wildfire 3-d model, the modeling and drafting is done for the component using Catia V5 R10.The tolerances and symbols are specified according to the company's standards.

4. Part Modeling of Cheese-Drum
Software used: Pro-E Wild Fire 2.0
Client: Bomag Group
Description: This is basically a Food storage component. The final 3-D model is developed using given Iges file. Customer wants as a 3-D output file is in Pro-e format with its model tree. In this model they want the thickness as 5.715mm. This cheese-drum is a plastic component and it is used for storing cheese. In this model the difficult things are blend cuts and slots on outer surface of cheese drum.

5. Part Modeling of Flex Spring
Software used: Pro-E Wild Fire 2.0
Client: Bomag Group
Description: The final 3-D model is developed using given drafting file. Customer wants as a 3-D output file is in Pro-e format with its model tree, it will be parametric design and for 3 diameters maintain the pitch will be same.

6. Part modeling and Drafting of Pinion Shaft.
Software used: Solid Edge V15
Client: Axis IT &T
Description: This is basically an Automobile Component. Sample 3-D Model and Drafting of a simple shaft is given. Using This Model Front and Rear Pinion Shafts are modeled as per the 2-D drawings given by the client. The necessary changes in the dimensions are placed in the sample 3-D model and the updated 2-D Drafting is produced automatically by giving a link. This pinion shaft is using in Automobiles. This pinion shaft contains of two gears and threading at the end.

7. Part Modeling and Detailing of Mounting Clutch Compressor
Software used: Pro-E 2001
Client: Subros Ltd.
Description: This is basically an Automobile Component. The client requirements are 3-D model and 2-D drafting using given Iges file and 2-D drawings. They want the 3-D model in the pro-e format with its model tree. They are not given some dimensions, those dimensions we measured from Iges file. This Component will be used in Car Engines.

8. Part Modeling and Drafting of Mounting Bracket Component
Software used: Pro-E 2001
Client: Subros Ltd.
Description: This is basically an Automobile Component. The client requirements are 3-D model and 2-D drafting using given Iges file and 2-D drawings. They want the 3-D model in the pro-e format with its model tree. They are not given some dimensions, those dimensions we measured from Iges file. This Component will be used in Car Engines.

9. Part and Assembly Modeling of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger.
Software used: Pro-E Wild Fire
Client: BHEL, Hyderabad.
Description: Steam Turbine Oil Cooler is used in Power plant Turbine to cool the outlet oil, which is coming from the Turbine Bearings. In this ST oil cooler the oil will be flowing in a shell, this oil is cooled by water, which is flowing in the tubes. In between these long tubes baffles are arranged to support the tubes. In this assembly the supporting pads and spherical dish are the complicated parts. The main principle is Heat exchanges between oil and water.
