PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Project Manager, Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Confidential Client, Various Phase I , II and III ESAs.
Contamination assessments determining characteristics and concentrations of contaminants, along with vertical and lateral extent of surface and subsurface soils and groundwater. Some of the contaminants assessed include petroleum hydrocarbons, glycols, heavy metals and salinity. Interpretation of data, report findings (to the client and regulator) and develop remediation action plans including budgets. Groundwater monitoring wells were also installed and groundwater monitoring and sampling programs were developed.

Remediation completed by landfilling or land treatment (on-site) depending on the type and concentration of the contaminant. Contaminated soil associated with flare pits, sumps, underground storage tanks and spills were excavated and treated or removed from several sites in Western Canada. Provided reclamation supervision for a number of disturbances including stripping, excavation, material storage, decompaction, soil replacement, amendment application, and revegetation.

New remediation systems were designed, installed and operated at the various sites.
