OFFSHORE FACILITY EXPERIENCE:
Project management and engineering coordination for Offshore Oil and gas projects for "Floating production storage & offloading" facility of FPSO Espardate Sul RJS 409 of MODEC. The experience are for Topside Engineering for the FPSO having following systems:
Oil production – 16000 M3/day, Gas production – 2.5 MM NM3/day, Water – 14000 M3/day.
* Well fluid transfer, Crude riser, Crude manifold / production manifold / crude heater.
* Oil separation and treatment system – two phase / three phase – HP / LP / test separators / electrostatic coalescer, dehydrator / desalter,LP Gas compression and HP Gas Compression systems (reciprocating, screw and centrifugal compressors), LP and HP Flare system, Glycol dehydration and Glycol regeneration systems, Lift gas systems, fuel gas conditioning systems, gas import / export systems, Produced water treatment (flash vessel, floatation cell, hydrocyclone) and Sea water treatment systems (lift pump, electrochlorinator, filters, Sulphate removal units(membrane), deaerator, injection pumps),
* Chemical injection systems, Utilities like flowline circulation, cooling medium, heating medium systems, waste heat recovery from TG, Open drain and closed drain systems, instrument air / plant air generation, nitrogen generation, potable water system ( RO).
- Other systems includes power generation turbines, Process control systems, ESD / PSD systems, Fire and gas systems, communication systems.

Responsibilities:
Project Management and engineering coordination for all engineering disciplines of client, vendors and in-house detailed engineering groups during FEED stage, detailed engineering stage and construction stage.

Presently handling the revamp jobs of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), India for various offshore platforms of Mumbai High Region. The work involves commissioning assistance for Fuel Gas skid for TG at NQ and finalization of modification scheme, design basis, preparation of Piping & Instrumentation diagrams, preparation of equipment and instrument data sheets, review of vendor documents.

CRYOGENIC STORAGE OF LPG:
Presently handling the Project of IPPL which includes import of propane / butane / LPG through ship tankers at jetty by loading arms and cross-country pipelines to storage and distribution terminal, cryogenic storage of propane / butane / LPG with intake pumps, boil-off and flash gas compressors, condensers, condensate transfer pumps, LPG storage mounded bullets, propane vaporizers, heaters, blenders, mercaptan dosing, truck tank loading gantry, pipeline for LPG distribution to bottling plant.

ETHYLENE PLANT:
Project engineering and operations in Ethylene Plant (gas based) of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited at Nagothane, India included Cryogenic storage facilities for ethane / propane / ethylene / propylene, cracking furnace, turbine driven cracked gas compressor, cold section, ethylene tower, ethane recycle, ethylene and propylene refrigeration systems, caustic tower, propylene tower, PSA hydrogen unit, fuel gas system, DM plant, HP steam generation system etc.

ACRYLIC FIBRE PROJECT:
Project included storage facilities, polymerization & dope preparation plant with boiler, water treatment and effluent treatment plants for Consolidated Fibers & Chemical Limited at Haldia, India.
