Prepares research papers on various environmental issues. This included the review of the environmental performance of the various components (seaports and airports) of the Project and the subsequent characterization of the environmental conditions surrounding the different component sites of the proposed Project located within Visayas and Mindanao. Based on this initial investigation, mitigation measures were recommended which will serve as a guide for the prospective bidders to incorporate the necessary environmental considerations into their respective bids.
