- Indoor Air Quality and Ventilation Study: - The project involved studying the paint manufacturing processes & chemicals involved, comparing existing indoor air quality with standards prescribed in Factories Act, NIOSH, ILO etc and suggesting and designing improved ventilation system ahead of the British Sword of Honor Certification for India's leading paint manufacturer.
- Ergonomics Intervention; Manual Material Handling and Work Stations Design: - The project involved studying workers' movements during various activities, anthropometric and workstation measurements and suggesting suitable improvements in working methods and designing /modifying workstations deriving from NIOSH & ILO guidelines in order to reduce work stress injuries.

Winter Project: Gammon India Limited, Teesta Head Race Tunnel Project, Sikkim:
- Hazards and Job Safety Analysis & Accident Prevention in Tunnel Construction: - The project involved a detailed study of all activities and operations at the three sites of Gammon in Northeast India. A detailed understanding of all the plant and machinery used, site working conditions and the human resources was necessary for the hazard analysis. The project involved identifying all the hazards (operational and occupational) and the associated risks before offering solutions to mitigate the same. Statistical analysis of accident and Incident was done as a part of a root cause before finally giving recommendations and formulating strategies to reduce the accident rates and their severity.
