Production Engineer position/Environmental Sientist
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of engineering theories and practices and an understanding of environmental principles involves with exploration, drilling, production and development operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with members of industry group, other agencies, oil and gas company representatives. Knowledge of and ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and evaluate scientific engineering problems.
Fluent in English and Romanian, some knowledge of Russian and French
SUMMARY
Over15 years of international and domestic experience in oil and gas industry, in water and wastewater treatments, with consistently increasing responsibility in production and program development or implementation. International experience: Eastern Europe, North America Pacific Coast.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Conducted field operations (carbonate formation reservoir) such as frac jobs, acid jobs, water injection process, cementing under pressure and with wiper plug, paraffin removal and steam injection. Completed a four months course in reservoir engineering and designed one project in regard of water injection named "Possibility of enhancement of the injection wells receptivity on the Geamana" ( Moinesti-Zemes)
Provide technical support for producing wells operations (sandstone formation reservoir), subservice well maintenance, fishing operations, major overhaul of well (workover), remedial clean up, sand control and other stimulation treatments, filter instrumentation and perforations jobs ( jet 73, 80 and I 43), cementing, acidizing, consolidation with sand and other jobs. Improved the wells productivity potential using methods of increasing the permeability of the bottom-hole area. (Bolintin-Cartojany)
Designed the research projects for layers of coal-bearing structure with portable drilling units.
Responsible for geothermal well productions, 200 productive wells and injection wells. Worked for projects department with well equipments types and standards (STAS, GOST, API) ( Bucuresti)
Performed acid treatment design, fluid compatibility studies, cement slurry testing, crude oil samples diverse analysis, conducted water analysis on work over fluids (produced and injected).
Participate to acid jobs, frac jobs, and coil tubing operations (Bakersville-CA)
Provided technical support, supervision of programs, activities and function related to the operation of the wastewater treatment facilities. Improved the physical-chemical treatments.
Developed and accomplished the waste water treatment system project for obtaining the industrial discharge permits and compiled with all requested requirements of Los Angeles County Sanitation
