Duties included:
Supporting Velosi America's senior management in Houston, USA to expand company's Russian Certification services & inspection businesses in the countries like Azerbaijan, Russia (including the Sakhalin island, Far East region), Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

Assisting Managing Director in tendering process and establishing the contacts with the key government authorities in the region.

Represent Oceaneering International Inspection Division and manage its local office in Baku. Duties included but not limited to operations management & business development in the Caspian region and former Soviet Union, particularly in the countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
