1.0 KEY AREAS OF EXPERTISE
1.1 METALLOGRAPHY:
Incoming Inspection of needle Wire/ Strip material, as per Company's stringent Specifications for Physical and Metallurgical properties. Including preparation of Metallurgical specimens on Automatic Hot Setting and Polishing machines, make: "Buehler" and study on Metallurgical Microscopes. Physical testing of Material viz. Ultimate Tensile Strength on "Zwick" machine.

Micro and Macro Digital Hardness Testing make: "Zwick" and "Mitutoyo".

Interaction with the Material Suppliers by providing Inspection reports supported with Digital pictures for maintaining the Quality Standards & future Developments in Special steel materials.

1.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE-HEAT-TREATMENT AREA:
Providing Parametric Control for Processing in Heat Treatment and for final outgoing Quality control of the Properties of the product. Troubleshooting and advising to the concerned In-charges. Detailed knowledge for Automated SOLO Hardening Batch type Furnace and Open muffle type continuous Conveyor feeding Furnaces, Induction Hardening including their controls for Endothermic Gas controls.

1.3 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS HANDLING:
Diagnosing the Technical problems faced by the Customers and providing Customer Support & feedback with Technical reporting & Digital photography, through Marketing team.

1.4 IMPLEMENTATION OF DIN EN IS0-9001 & IS0-14001:
Lead Auditor and Responsible for the smooth implementation and Monitoring of Quality and Environmental Management System under DIN EN ISO-9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO-14001:2004 in the Company. Providing guidance and Legal requirements to the concerned departments by conducting Seminars. Providing Awareness to the Workforce at all Levels in the Company regarding implementation of the Environmental Management System and its benefits.

1.5 LEGAL COMPLIANCE FOR POLLUTION CONTROL& ATTENDING SEMINARS:
Responsible for handling all Technical matters and regular correspondence concerning to compliances and Consent for Pollution control issued by the Local Pollution Control Authorities.
Attended Seminars and Workshops on Environment conducted by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF) India, on Global Issues of Waste Management, Water Conservation and Abatement of Pollution in industries.
2.0 OTHER AREAS OF COMPETENCE
2.1 COMPETITOR'S PRODUCT ANALYSIS:
Analyzing the product for the Competitor's in the Domestic market. Providing Awareness and Technical reports supported with digital pictures to the Company's Dealers / Distributor's regarding Competitor's quality to aware the Consumers.

2.2 IMPARTING TRAINING TO MARKETING EXECUTIVES:
Responsible for imparting Technical Training to the Field Staff of Marketing Department of the Company for enhancing their skills for problem Solving at Customer's end and to make them aware of good quality of our Product.

2.3 OILS, LUBRICANTS & SOLVENTS:
Responsible for Incoming quality control over the properties of various Oils and Solvents used in the Industry viz. Viscosity, Flash point, Corrosivity and Environmental related. Responsible for recommending right application of oils for particular machines. Interacting independently with the Suppliers for deviations, if any.

2.4 WORK EXPERIENCE IN SWITZERLAND FOR
ELECTROPLATING AND METAL FINISHING:
In Year 1982, acquired experience in Electroplating finishes viz. Gold, Silver, Nickel, Rhodium at Neuchatel, Switzerland and got the Technical Know-how for transferring technology in India. Same set up was made in Parwanoo (H.P.) and I trained the Technical personnel.

2.5 ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING:
Complete handling of Electro-less Nickel Plating Plant including its bath maintenance, Process
Controls and Hazardous Waste Management from Effluent Treatment Plant as per Legal
Requirements.

2.6 AWARDS FOR THE INNOVATION & SUGGESSTIONS:
On successful implementation of the suggestions given to the Management to enhance the Quality of product under Safe manufacturing process, the Company at times has conferred cash awards along with Appreciation letter duly acknowledged by the German Managing Director.

Furthermore, these suggestions have been found Technically viable and Cost-effective and implemented in all the Production Units World over, which have been and benefited the Group as a whole in million of Euros.

2.7 PROJECT LEADER FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS:
Presently, I am representing as leader for the Core team for new challenging areas on Technical
Developments in the Company.

 2.8 ACUAINTANCE WITH COMPUTER AND SAP:

Basic knowledge in Computers and got Training in Microsoft Office from Trident Infotech, Corporation Ltd. Chandigarh.

Basic requirements in respect of Purchasing, Receipts / Issues, BOM and other relevant transactions are well known and presently working with SAP R/3 version, which exists in the Company.

Further Learning Advanced Course in AutoCad 2008.
