During 3 trips to Iraq in 2002 and 2003, documented the condition of the remaining Jewish community, and managed two separate rescue airlifts from Iraq to Israel. Handled the neutralizing and removal of all biological filter beds. Rebuilt and maintained the biological filters and chlorinators for the seal and sea lion pens. Designed and built a new pen for the rehabilitation of a juvenile sea lion. This continued until the relocation of all specimens.
