1. Safety/Mining Engineer

Presently I am working as a Safety and Mining Engineer, Kumagai gumi Company (Pvt) Ltd., ADB Funded Southern Transport Development Project (Contract RDA/STDP/ADB/KG-01)

Project Details,
Construction of Highway from Kurundugahahetekma to Matara which will be a major highway in Sri Lanka. The employer of the project is the Road Development Authority under Ministry of Highways

The Project consists of 60 km dual 4 lane highway, 22 Road / River Bridges, and 89 Metal Under passes, around 100 Box Culverts and 32 large scale surface mine quarry and 2 large scale crusher plant. The total cost of the Project is Rs. 8,700 million.

Duties & Responsibilities
 To ensure safe blasting activities inside project
 Ensure safety and Maintains of two explosive magazine yard belong to project
 Controlling blasting monitoring team(GSMB and ITI)
 Arrange Test blasts according to requirement
 Controlling violation of vibration level and air blast over pressure

2. Mining Engineer

Industrial Technology Institute, Sri Lanka

Presently I am working as a Mining Engineer, Industrial Technology institute, ADB Funded Southern Transport Development Project

 Various Sound level measurement
 Vibration measurment of plling and compaction

Foundation and Waterwell (Pvt) Ltd, Rathmalana,Sri Lanka.

Jan. 2004 – June 2004 (6th Months)

I have worked as a Geotechnical Engineer in Foundation and Waterwell (Pvt) Ltd, Rathmalana, Sri lanka.
