Over Twenty Four years experience in the Heavy Construction Industry.
Have successfully satisfied and completed projects for Federal, State, Railway, Local Government and D.O.T.
Five Yrs Experience as a Grading Superintend.
Have been the sole liaison for projects.
Three Years experience as General Superintendent on projects ranging from 1 to 5 million in cost.
Have respectfully supervised projects having 30 or more employees
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
Willing and able to work closely with owners, Project Managers and Customers.
Able to read and understand project drawings and specifications.
Willing and able to travel or re-locate.
Have trained employees on heavy equipment operation.
Am a finish operator myself.
Dependable, Safety Minded hard worker able to follow instructions easily to * get the job done* in a safe and timely manner.
Knowledge with Topcon laser systems.
Familiar with all phases of work on projects from dirt to asphalt.
Computer knowledge with windows, internet and various other programs.
