Study on project specification and make necessary preparation, such as work schedule, budgets, safety plan, utilities arrangement. Lead a project team and work closely with ship staff/client's representatives/surveyor. Monitor and control manpower and cost to execute the working plan, at the same time, maintain safety on site and upkeep the planned schedule and budgets. Problem-solving and decision-making on site. Prepare quotation of project upon completion of project.

Been assigned as Ship Repair Manager in some of the in charged ship repair projects, which include oil tankers, chemical tankers, LPG tankers, bulk carriers, container carriers, cargo ships, and also ship conversion project.
