SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
I am a holder of B.Sc degree in geology after obtaining credit passes in my secondary school education.
For the past six years I have pursued an increasingly successful management career where continuous process improvement and performance have been the norm. My team role is one of energizer and leader, bringing strategic planning and can-do attitude towards current goals and future growth as is reflected in the attached curriculum vitae.
My work over the years have given me ample opportunity to garner knowledge of the Nigerian safety and labour laws, industry safety standards and legislation amongst other environmental policies that enhance safety.
My knowledge has included but not limited to providing expert HSE advice, developing and implementing Health and Safety policies, investigating incidents, conducting appropriate Health and Safety training including fire training, developing Risk Assessments, developing emergency response procedures as well as evacuation procedures.
The training conducted in my current organization of which I am a facilitator and presenter, is done with well developed modules presented with visual aids. As a trained facilitator, I will execute my duties of coaching clients site representative and the contractors HSE organization to implement safety and health programs and advising the site teams and contractor of the clients HSE requirements, expectations and best practices with great effectiveness and efficiency.
I have obtained HSE certifications with the Nigerian Institute of Safety Proffessionals (NISP) and most recently the National NEBOSH Certification award of which I obtained considerable training and took and passed the proffessional examination.
