1. Electricity Bills: To study Electrical Bills to know the maximum demand recorded, contract demand, p.f etc.

2. Transformers: To calulate the No-Load losses in Transformer and to record 24 Hours loading pattern on Transformer in order to know load variations in the plant.

3. Motive Load: To check Loading of all the motors and evaluate efficiency of motors.

4. Air Compressors: To undertake Capacity and Leakage test on Air Compressors in order to know the actual Specificic Power Consumption (KW/CFM) and air leakages in the plant. To plug the leakages points with the help of Ultra Sonic Leak Detector.

5. Chiller/Refrigeration: To calculate the actual TR delivered by machine in order to calculate actual KW/TR of machine. To study parameters like Refrigerant Suction Tempreature, Pressure etc. to know that whether there is any scaling or not.

6. Pumps: To calculate the pumping efficiency of various pumps like Chilled water pump, Condensor Water pump by taking flow with an Ultrasonic Flow meter. To study that whether there is any Throttling or Re-circulation in the pump.

7. Cooling Towers: To calulate the Efficiency of Cooling Towers. To find Evaporation losses, Blow down losses, TR, Approach, Range, L/G ratio.

8. DG¡¦s: To do heat balance for DG's and find potential for heat recovery. To calculate the effectiveness, Heat transfer coefficient for Heat Exchanger.

9. Water Balance: To do Water Balance in a Plant in order to Know that whether there is any wastage of water or possibility for Rain Harvesting system.

10. Fans and Blowers: To calculate the efficiency of FD and ID Fans in Boilers and also efficiency of Turbo Blowers.
