- Leadership/ Safety:
* Lead security audits at Energy sites, and applied PowerSuite Audit Questionnaires and interviewing employees on areas such as access control, crisis management, physical security, and travel security.
Financial/ Output:
* Supported the Global Security Team by manipulating PowerSuite and Support Central to create/ edit workflow's, update/ compose improvements on the website, drive key security programs through utilization of concern reporting, audit tracking, compliance center, and other PowerSuite tools.
- Quality/ Simplification:
* As part of the Global Security Team, drove the Crisis Management (CM) Policy and notification process by conducting quarterly drills with the CM Hotline, worked with CM Team Members by devising varying scenarios for drills, and including as many employees as possible to ensure readiness in case a real were to emergency evolve. This includes working on and preparing for implementation of a universal Incident Command System, which incorporates on scene, best practices already in use by firefighters, hazardous materials teams, rescuers and emergency medical teams.
* Worked with the ITO/OTR and the Sales team to develop the revamped E-Risk Tool. The new tool allowed for simplification and separation of questions in regards to centerline erection, refurbishment, equipment TA, or Turnkey scopes. It reduced unnecessary questions, removed repetitive questions and incorporated sign off information with CMS.
- Strategic/ Growth:
* Worked with the Global Security Director to devise and specify an adequate universal ID Badge Policy, drove, communicated, and managed the badging requirements by creating FAQ sheets; defining foreign nationals to fit the US import/ export regulations, and hosting calls with the PG and ES EHS Energy Teams.

- Leadership/ Safety
* As part of the required GE external audits, completed 2 Cross Business Audits in Newark, DE, and Minden, NV. The audit involved reviewing procedures, completing H&S Frameworks, interviewing employees, and assuring compliance.
* As part of the Ergonomics Auditing Team, performed assessments of employee work areas and documented results. Work areas were rearranged to improve ergonomic setup; educated employees about proper postures and workplace setups.

* As a part of a 6-sigma project, worked with EHS, Service Components Operations Team, and a Certified IH, on the YAG Dual Welding Operation in designing a new ventilation system to control particulate matter, improve the air filtration unit, and remove the electrostatic precipitator.

* Worked with the ITO/OTR and Medical Team to develop CTQ's and training for the ITO/OTR Handoff Simplification. This will reduce mass email traffic, and incorporate the new ITO/OTR web tool with CMS.
- Strategic/ Growth
* As part of the Development Team, test-drove the initial 'phase half' site review with the Customers in Wyoming. Site review included a site visit, environmental evaluation, historical review, and completion of the D-3 Process Form to share with the Development Team.
* Worked with ambient air and stack monitoring, helped with inspection audits on bag filters, tanks, generators, and paint booths.
* Helped ensure compliance with new US EPA regulations by updating the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan to address site wide oil sources and prevent potential discharge into navigable waters.
* Helped update the Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan and NPDES by identifying inspection responsibilities and identifying new sources in need of secondary containment.
* Worked with the MSDS system and performed detailed chemical reviews and regulatory analyses for potential new materials to be added to the site.
* Completed a chemical sweep throughout the entire Wilmington site, which entailed a 2-month inspection on out of date chemicals, and included less that 90-day hazardous waste storage and toxaway with the preferred vendor.
