Change Control Coordinator-Light Rail, Parsons Engineering 10/06 to 3/07
Position responsible for supporting the change management activities for the engineering firm contracted to complete the initial stages of the Phoenix Light Rail Project. Assisted Resident Engineers and Project Managers in scheduling updates and changes for review and assessment prior to technical and funding approval (based on approved funding sources). Managed change schedule and review process by utilizing Wong System software.

Project Coordinator, Wells Fargo 4/06 to 9/06
Contract position responsible for supporting database standardization activities across multiple legacy systems within the Wells Fargo infrastructure. Researched user IDs across platforms to insure consistency and eliminated duplicate user logins. Worked with managers and team leaders to confirm appropriate levels of access for employee and contractors ID. Updated contact information for network infrastructure services to insure accurate data for ownership and support related issues.

IT Asset Coordinator, TriWest Healthcare, Phoenix 1/06 to 4/06
Contract position responsible for working with the IT staff on a project to migrate from a paper based ordering and tracking system to an on-line ordering process. Reviewed and analyzed documents to develop a consolidated inventory used as the basis for conversion to the online inventory management system. Coordinated with regional locations and local departments to resolve discrepancies in final asset inventory database. Completed capital and budgetary documentation needed for asset acquisitions. Consolidated existing maintenance agreements into one co-terminus agreement, researched and resolved remaining credits. Developed procedure for managing future deletions or additions to consolidated annual billing agreement.

Network Services Specialist, US Foodservice, Phoenix, AZ 2/98 to 1/06
Responsible for coordinating deployment of server consolidation units and software deployments for Active Directory / Altiris migrations at 86 divisional sites throughout the U.S. Project includes planning hardware acquisitions in conjunction with coordination and scheduling of the activities of project deployment teams consisting of both internal employees and contractors. Work closely with internal customers (divisional staff) to accommodate schedules and resolve critical issues related to deployments. Coordinate capital expenditures and asset management activities with the corporate financial accounting group. Develop internal documentation for standardized processes and procedures in conjunction with project deployments.

Prior project experience includes: managing the migration of Telecom Accounts Payable processing within US Foodservice to an outsourced payment processor. Worked with internal customers to facilitate data gathering and reporting to complete the project for 100 plus divisional cost centers. Coordinated with preferred corporate telecom Account Executives to set up on-line ordering for preferred corporate vendors as well as consolidated billing. Interfaced with Wireless providers to develop standards and implement policies for corporate volume purchasing agreements. Resolved service and billing issues with preferred corporate vendors on behalf of internal customers (divisional staff and senior management). Managed and coordinated wireless/mobile services (including aircards, blackberries, cellular, paging, conferencing and calling cards) for corporate and divisional personnel. Coordinated with existing vendor account teams to provide international access and service solutions based on existing contracts and unique user requirements; corporate vendors include Cingular, Sprint, Verizon, T-mobile, AT&T, MCI, and LECs for all U.S. regions.

Previous Network Services Responsibilities included: Responsible for Network Services Change Management Administration which included scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating changes to the network environment (both hardware and software). Monitored and reconciled all project spending Capital Authorization Requests (CAR). Managed project expenses to ensure project spending did not exceed 110% of total funds allocated. When projects were completed provided detailed analysis to Asset Management. Developed and monitored annual Operating Budget for Network Services including annual telecom and network spending for Alliant network infrastructure. During this period overall expenses for Network Services were consistently at or below budget. Monitored and approved departmental invoices using Remote Expense software as well as rebilling charges to other departments/locations within Alliant. In conjunction with other technical specialists reduced voice/data communication costs as well as cleaned-up and consolidated AT&T billing. Researched and purchased hardware, components, and software as needed for various network projects and day-to-day maintenance/upgrades. Worked with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware needed for outages and equipment malfunctions. Managed Network CD-Rom and site license Library.

NPC Librarian, Alliant Foodservice (formerly Kraft), Phoenix, AZ 3/93 to 2/98
Responsible for National Processing Center Library. Position included managing all daily library activities for Unix (HP), ADSM (multi-platform backups), IBM S390, and three Tandem Himalaya systems. Included insuring documentation/tape transfers to offsite storage were completed, insuring adequate media were available for production and archival processing, monitored library expenses, and handled special media requests for vendors and intracompany users. Developed and updated operational documentation for both library and operations personnel. Developed new documentation as needed. Manage network CD-Rom Libraries.
