* Good understanding of environmental safety and environmental laws.
* Experience in assembling permit applications, preparing proposals/technical reports.
* Excellent understanding of all New York State environmental regulations.
* Provide project support by identifying issues and opportunities that impact the client.
* Perform basic equipment maintenance in field.
* Perform ambient air quality data collection, soil and groundwater sampling as part of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments/Investigations, tank closures and remedial investigations.
