ETIHAD Towers Project Abudhabi

Al-Ain Industrial City Al Ain Industrial City (AAIC), Al Ain, UAE.
In its pursuit to diversify and develop the non-oil trade sector within the UAE, the General Industry Corporation (GIC) has proposed the development of 3 fully industrial cities within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The AAIC project was the second development, to be executed in a site of 870 ha, 20km south-west of Al Ain Town. The development incorporates the preparation of detailed Master Plan and Industrial Plots Planning, Zoning and Phasing, Detailed Design of utilities, infrastructure, administration center, three local centers with recreational facilities and a fully developed residential area to accommodate 12600 people.
New Police Airbase at Abu Dhabi International Airport, Abu Dhabi,

Heliport facilities for the General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police for their emergency operations. Project consist of extending the existing taxiway at the International Airport and providing an Administration Terminal building, 4 bay Maintenance Building for both helicopters and small fixed wing aircrafts, 12 bay Helicopter Hanger Building, Residential Building, Cafeteria Building and Central Service Block. Facility located on a 180,000m2 plot area with an estimated built-up area 20,500m2.

The AMWAL Tower Qatar

The AMWAL Tower is a commercial development, in the most popular and attractive area of West Bay, in Doha, Qatar. This is 22 storey commercial tower with ground floor Podium reception area, flexible office floor space to 20 floors around a central core and a multi purpose public area top floor, fitted out as fitness facility. Additionally, there are 3 underground floors of parking with approx. 300 spaces in addition to surface parking.

Project: Abu Dhabi Trade Center

Currently one of the largest commercial buildings in the Gulf, the project comprises of a mixed-use development located on a prime Abu Dhabi beachfront property. The complex contains a hypermarket at ground floor and mezzanine level with individual shops that have direct access from the main street. The primary element of the complex is the shopping mall which is arranged on three levels above the mezzanine floor within the podium building. The mall contains 250 retail outlets, a food court, children's entertainment area, cinema complex and public amenity areas (total 100,000 sq.m). Internal car parking is arranged on four levels and provides spaces for 2,100 vehicles (75,000 sq.m). The majority of the parking is located in two basement garage decks whilst main entrance ramps and additional parking are also provided at ground floor and mezzanine level. Twin towers above the podium building contain 19 floors of office accommodation (56,000 sq.m). Two further towers accommodate a 13 floor extension (32,000 sq.m) to the adjacent Beach Hotel, which provide an additional 22 rooms and suites, restaurants and back-of-house facilities, and an 18 floor residential complex (19,000 sq.m) which contains 200 apartments which will be serviced by the Beach Hotel. The hotel extension also includes a ballroom and is connected by a new ground entrance lobby and breakthrough. Inclusion of a fitness center and exclusive beach landscaping proposals complete the main elements of the project.
