Responsibilities: Environmental Management responsible for preparation and Implementation of Municipal Solid Waste Management action plan as per MSW Rules 2000 Govt of INDIA and ISWM Karnataka state Policy, sanitation, operation and maintenance of Landfill site, Supervising of Biomedical waste Management by medical institutions and other environmental and health related issues. Planning of various waste management aspects like waste segregation at source, secondary storage, transportation, traetment and disposal of waste. Liasoning with pollution control board for obtaining consent, authorization for waste management activity Preparation of monthly and annual environmental reports to be sent to higher authorities.
Accomplishments: prepared action plan and detail project report of waste management for raichur, gokak and bailahongala in Karnataka and assisted the local authorities in implementation.

* Position: shift chemist.
Responsibilities: worked in shifts for maintenance of waste water treatment plant.
