BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. Responsible for establishing & maintaining the BMS in place & carrying updation as required & communication.

HEALTH & SAFETY. Providing Health & Safety advice to management and assisting with the preparation and reporting of pre-tender Health & Safety plans. Undertaking safety reviews and preparing Health & Safety procedures for all the staff.

ENVIRONMENT. Responsible for monitoring the resource consumption & taking proactive measures to reduce. Carbon footprint monitoring.

TRAINING. Responsible for providing training in induction and all other matters relating to business processes and health and safety.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS. Responsible for the production of Performance Indicators on behalf of the Business divisions. Bench Marking & setting up KPI's for all Business units.

INTERNAL AUDITS. Responsible for managing the internal audits and reviews after analysis.

EXTERNAL AUDITS. Responsible to manage the third party audits by the certifying agency (Lloyds - UK)
