* Quantification of NOx reductions from Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy programs in the state of Texas with the ultimate aim of crediting the reduction in the SIP.
* Assessment of the Mass Emission Cap and Trade (MECT) for the HGB 8-hour ozone SIP.
* Review of applications submitted under the Compressor Engine Grant program offered by Texas Senate Bill 2000
* Worked on site and directly with various Discipline Lead Engineers.
* Familiar with all facets of Scheduling from FEED / DETAIL Packages through Construction.
