I have also acquired my BS in Geology from the University of Southern Indiana with my previous work experience, and my knowledge of the scientific field and its mechanics, I would make an excellent addition to your team. I have worked in the retail industry for over 10 years. During that time, I have been responsible for working with individuals to find answers to their needs in an efficient and direct manner. I have also had managerial responsibilities managing a small group of statistic driven individuals, working with other managers to help run a store on a day to day basis, and have been directly responsible for excellent shrink inventory results in both stores I worked in. Due to my previous experience I am strongly detail oriented with strengths in research, development, implementation, and analysis, as well as management, conflict resolution. I also have good scientific research, analysis, and representation skills. I am familiar with local Indiana Geology due to my field study, and have a quick grasp of new skills and information. I have little non-academic science field experience, but I am ready and more than willing to learn anything and everything I need in order to always achieve a very high level of success.
