Can you give me an example of a search?
For example, you want to find French speaking health and safety specialist with 5+ years experience in mining industry, with Bachelor degree.
1. Select 'Management' and 'Engineering/Technicians' categories, 'Mining' industry, '4-yr Degree' education level, and '5 years' experience level.
2. Enter the following keywords: HSE, "health&safety", "health and safety", safety. Select 'ANY of the words'. Click 'Search' and look through results.
3. To search within the results enter in additional 'Keywords' field the following word: French. Click 'Search' and look through results.

How can I select more than one category or industry?
To select more than one category or industry, make your first selection, then press and hold the CTRL key (COMMAND on Mac's) while clicking your other choices. To remove choices, press and hold the CTRL key (COMMAND on Mac's) while clicking the selections you want to remove.

How can I find resumes that contain specific exact phrase?
To search for an exact phrase, just put quotation marks around two or more words, for example "mining engineer". Use this feature to narrow your results or to find words that can be typed differently, for example AutoCAD "Auto CAD".

Can I use wildcard characters with keywords?
You can use only asterix in the beginning or the end of any keyword. For example, search with engineer* keyword will show resumes containing words engineer, engineers, engineering etc.
