This involved Concept Selection Study, Analysis of the Various Options, and Preliminary Sizing Calculations for Various Pipelines involved, Preparation of Input Data for CAPEX Estimations, and preparation of report on the final option selection as input to ADP. Also used PDO standards for the technical analysis like Flare and Blow Down System Capacity Check, Pipeline Engineering etc.

Worked as Lead Process Engineer for FED and Detail Engineering for their two Gas Engine Driven Reciprocating NG Compressor stations of (a) 1.8 MMSCMD capacity (compression from 15 bar to 50 bar) and other of (b) 0.65 MMSCMD (compression from 8 bar to 24 bar). The compressors were part of 500 km Natural Gas Distribution Network. Job included Compressor Selection, Specifications of Compressor Package including Instrumentation and Controls (including capacity control), Safety Systems including Flare and Blow down system and Auxiliary Systems surrounding the Compressor Station. The job also involved Technical Bid Evaluation, and Vendor Documents review. Also participated in the HAZOP, prepared the HAZOP report, closed out the HAZOP action items and prepared HAZOP Close out report for the same.
