Position: Heading the Plumbing and Piping department, total of 40 plumbers and pipe fitters, with the Royal Facilities Maintenance (RFM) group.
The RFM group is responsible for the operation and maintenance of two Saudi Royal Family's palaces in Jeddah: The Al-Salam and the Al-Jazeerah palaces, including the Royal marinas and 11 Royal yachts and support vessels. The palace premises and facilities cover approximately an area of 3,000,000 m2
Directly responsible for the following:
- Operation and maintenance of all potable and irrigation water networks, fountains and pools, pump rooms piping, water holding tanks, fire water system, rain water drainage, sewage networks, lifting stations, sewage treatment plants with bio-rotators, plumbing facilities of various building within the Royal palaces.
- Maintenance of all plumbing fixtures and piping of 11 Royal yachts and supports vessels including the King Abdul Aziz yacht.
- Operation and maintenance of the New Jeddah Fountain piping and facilities, It is the biggest fountain in the world. Water column height is 315 meters from the nozzles up and pumping capacity is 4,000 cubic meters per hour with 42 bars working pressure.
- Responsible for annual operations budget preparation, maintenance materials estimation and ordering, work schedules, coordination with other departments, preliminary design for new installations, monthly progress report preparation.
1989 - 1992 PETROLA International SA (Rabigh, Saudi Arabia)
Position: Heading the Plumbing section, total 250 plumbers and assistants, within the Mechanical department during the construction of a very competitive and big project: The Rabigh Community Housing Project.
The project included the construction of new town for 5,000 occupants complete with all infrastructure, modern utilities and facilities (i.e. 894 villas, 48 apartment blocks, 3 schools, 2 cultural centers, 3 mosques, shopping facilities and bank, 2 retail stores, telecommunication building, police station building, post office building, fire station building, administration building, service stations, covered walk canopies, open sky market, hotel and restaurant, sport center complex, power plant, desalination plant, elevated water tank and guard housing including all electrical and telecom networks, fire and potable water system, underground sewage, drainage system, site improvement works, etc.)

- Complete plumbing fixtures and piping installations in all 894 villas, 48 apartment blocks, 3 schools, 2 cultural centers, 3 mosques, shopping facilities and bank, 2 retail stores, telecommunication building, police station building, post office building, fire station building, administration building, service stations, covered walk canopies, open sky market, hotel and restaurant, sport center complex, power plant, desalination plant, elevated water tank and guard housing, fire and potable water system, underground sewage, drainage system, etc.
