Topside modifications for the 41 well head towers in Zakum Field. Modification includes deck extension to install pig launcher for new risers, Pipe support at decks, Riser clamps and miscellaneous calculation. In Progress.
* Platform Redesign Feasibility Study – Ras Gas Expansion Project
(Client: Ras Laffan Liquified Natural Gas Co. Ltd., Qatar)
Conceptual design of the Minimum Facility Drilling (MFD) Platform as part of complex. Conceptual study included the Tripod(with and without skirt piles) and Four legged jacket with six(6) and nine(9) conductors respectively and topsides with x-mas tree and minimum drilling loads.
Analysis carried out are Inplace with simplified fatigue, Lifting, Transportation, Two Block Upending(inAir) and Progressive Collapse for the MFD Jacket structure.
* Umm Shaif Gas Injection Facilities Project (Feed Optimization)
(Client: ADMA-OPCO, Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Local Deck modification / extension and strengthening carried out at various platforms of Umm Shaif Super Complex. Modification / addition carried out are deck extension, excess platforms, monorails and pipe supports. Activity includes local checks, miscellaneous calculations like padeyes, stiffener design etc, check for Transportation and Installation loads, Material Take off.
* Riser Platform Project
(Client: Crescent Gas Corporation Ltd, Sharjah, UAE)
Analysis & Design of Pipe bridge from new riser platform to existing platform. Analysis includes In-place, Lifting analysis, Transportation and Loadout. Also performed the misc. design like Guide & Bumper Design, Guide Pin Design, Padeye Design.
Analysis and Design of New Riser Platform Jacket Structure. Analysis includes Skidded Loadout, Transportation, Lifting and Upending by Controlled Flooding. Also performed the misc. design like Buoyancy Tank Design, Trunion Design, Padeye Design.
* GG – II Debottlenecking Project
(Client: ADMA-OPCO, Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Deck extension to the existing Collector Seperator platform. Pipe supports for the 30" feed gas line. Global inplace analysis of the existing bridge with 30" feed line on new pipe supporting structure. Pipe support on the existing GG-II platform for 30" feed gas line. Preparation of the FEED design dossier.
