NHT is designed to remove Nitrogen, Oxygen, Chlorides, and Metals & Saturation of olefins.
NHT Consists of Splitter, Reactor, Stripper Section& Hydrogen Recycle& Makeup gas Compressor.

Platformer Unit
Worked in Major Shutdown which involves reactor Scallops replacing, Catalyst unloading& Loading Etc.,
The Reaction includes Dehydrogenation of Napthenes, Isomerisation of Paraffin's & Napthenes.
Platformer designed to process at the rate of 425m3/hr and operated with >125% load.
Platformer is a Stack Type reactor is designed to produce reformate of 105-108 octane number give spec. of 88% Aromatics in heavy ends.
Having MP steam generation of 32 MT/hr & 52 m3/hr of LPG.
Platformer unit includes Separator, Debutaniser & Deethaniser Column, Recycle gas & Net gas Compressor and Re contact loop section.

Continues Catalyst Regeneration (CCR)
Worked in Major Shutdown which involves Regeneration tower, Lock hopper, L- Valve assembly Screen Cleaning, Catalyst loading & Unloading Etc.,
CCR is designed to Regenerate the Platforming Catalyst ( R -234 )
