In production of MALCHITE GREEN (M.G) (powder, crystals and liquids). My scope of work includes supervision of production, carry out start-up and shut down of process Batch plant, maintaining shift records and handles trouble shooting during operation.
Achievements:-
1. Increase in recovery of M.G powder and M.G crystals from the M.G mother liquor.

Process Engineer.
In production of ANIMAL FATS, MEAT AND BONE MEAL (MBM). My scope of work includes supervision of production, carry out start-up and shut down of process plants, maintaining shift records and handles trouble shooting during operation. Having knowledge of PLC operation and Variable speed drive mechanism.
Achievements:-
1.Increase in fat recovery from 5% to 7%.
2.Gained control over MBM powder losses.
