1-HSE Responsibilities
* Control all PTW (cold, hot confined space entry, hazardous area entry permits)
* Identify the major risks and controls throughout the offshore complex and associated satellites.
* participate in planning, risk assessment, HAZID, HAZOP for new extensions&MEHAD for existing installations.

* Control of work and Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Bp golden safety rules (work procedures risk assessment, PTW, isolation confirmation certificate ICC, hot work approval challenge, hot bolting approaval challenge,lifting plan, well handover to/from W/L or drilling, rig/barge approach certificate X-mass tree test certificate, function test certificate,override.
* Good knowledge of major risks for well intervention and control system.
* Ensures adherence to Environment Management System ISO-14001 and with regard to hazardous / domestic wastes segregation and handling procedure.

* Review rig approach requirements such bleed off oil and gas lines exposed to the rig during approach and get them back to normal operation thereafter, dismantle platform 's crane,H2S release alarm, connecting the rig to platform emergency shutdown system, X-mass tree integrity, …
* Ensure the rig is secured, connected to fire and gas detection system of the platform and producing wells is under control while drilling operation
* Ensure gas, fire detection system and firefighting system reliable on the platform under rig

2-Emergency Response& Control
* Responsible to get the platform able and fire fighting team, shift crew well trained and capable to respond to any emergency.
* Control POB Tracking for the main complex and associated satellites
* Put emergency plans, scenarios according to the fire fighting system integrity.
* Conduct weekly safety drills.
* Check emergency equipments on daily /weekly/monthly basis
* Ensure safety equipments under custody are in proper operation condition.
* Ensure rescue equipments are available at any time and ready to use.
* Ensure that fire- fighting equipment on the complex are in good operable condition
* Identify the special hazards and risk areas on the complex and put plans to mitigate incidents
* Takes charge of operations in case of emergencies and responsible for resolving the incident and control the situation.
3-Production Responsibilities
* Ensure production targets are achieved and that production is increased as required by the company development plan.
* Ensure all field works and changes are carried out according to BP rules and regulations, efficiently and safely and prepare required state of requirement(SOR)
* Monitor implementation of work against plan, ensuring priorities are being maintained
* Develop and monitor operating budget for all field departments and suggest recommendations for the same
* Ensure that all field operations are carried out to optimise oil production
* Management of individual operator development and training programs to meet competency and compliance requirements and fulfil the role of a Competency Assessor.
* Ensure all Operations Team personnel are assessed to demonstrate competence appropriate to their duties and tasks.
* Provide Operations input to short, medium and long term production plans and work programmes to

* Involved in commissioning and start up of oil production offshore& onshorefacilities.
* Operated and managed offshore& onshore oilfields with hi h2s level, gas lift, water-injection& HPG dehydration (october,ramdan,m55 complex and associated satellites)
* Responsible for executing all field services activities safely, as assigned, covering wellhead, flow lines, maintenance, well head completion, diving operation, wire line, construction pipeline and vessels repair & hand over of wells to drilling for work over and acceptance of well thereafter.

* Ensures that the oil production, hi pressure gas injection & water injection per well area and overall are controlled, and that well data is accurately collected for reservoir monitoring purposes.

* Monitor chemical injection to insure chemical pumps working properly with the recommended chemical dose
