Project Management Consultancy for construction power works for Paradeep Refinery Project (13 substations, 20 floodlight mast). Appx. Cost Rs.12 cores.2. Coordination works of quality assurance pertaining to EIL establishment at Paradeep site. Preparation of QA Plan, procedures & inspection test plan. Performing and coordination for Internal/External audits. Monitoring Waiver/deviation, site query 7 non conformances. Implementation of Companies works instruction, guidelines & procedure. Evaluation of contractor's performance.3. Coordination works of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) of all the ongoing contracts at Paradeep Refinery site.
