(Novolen Technology) with 480,000MTPA capacity of Propane Dehydrogenation Plant (Catofin Reactor).
Job Responsibilities
Before Plant start up
* Involved in pre commissioning & commissioning activity of polypropylene plant that includes acceptance of rotary & static equipments as per standard.
* Played major role in set up of maintenance department that includes set up of tool room with special tools required for major equipment overhauling.
* Prepared preventive maintenance schedule for 325 rotating equipments of PP Plant.
* Set up of rotating equipment reliability centre & preparation of condition monitoring schedule for all rotating equipments of PP Plant.
* Rotating & static equipment spare parts review for 02 years of operation of PP plant.
After Plant start up
* Responsible for the planning & execution of major plant shutdown. Co-ordination with equipment manufacturers to get their specialist onsite for major overhauling of equipment.
* Preparation of failure analysis report & case study for major problems in plant using applicable codes & standards.
