SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
I am an experienced operator of all heavy earth moving equipment, excavators, dumptrucks, bulldozers, motor graders, motor scrapers, all types. I have worked as a training officer in the diamond mining industry in Angola. I am at present employed as Head of Department Mining on a diamond mine in Angola my responcabilities are planing, recruiting, budget control, roads, drainage and the general daily up keep of the mine as a hole.

OBJECTIVE:
To establish and maintain the highest possible standard of productivity and safety at the same time have a high quality relationship with my subordinates.

Project Yetwene Angola. Head of department Mining (Oct 2003-Present)Responcable for the overall running of the mining operation.

Project Lucapa Angola. General foreman mining department, responcable for production on shift and all mining activities.

S.D.M. Mining Luzamba Angola. Assistant Head of department reporting to the Head of department all mining and production related activities.

I.T.M. Mining Angola. General foreman mining responsable for production on shift and all mining activities.

All the above possitions held I was responcable for road building, river diversions, pump operations, operator training, recruiting and planning of mining operations.

I.S.C.O.R South Africa General foreman (hard rock mining) responcable for drilling and blasting, loading and hauling to the prossesing plant.

June 1982 - February 1985
Alfred McAlpine South Africa Open pit coal mining, general foreman responcable for Drilling and blasting and all mining activities on shiFT.

Northern Strip Mining Shefield England. Started as an operator open pit coal mining, promoted to shift foreman after 6 years, promoted to general foreman 5 years later. In 1979 I was transfered to Africa operations as head of department Mining the company closed perations in Africa in 1982, I decided to stay on in Africa.

Achieved O level in high school United Kingdom.
Blasting certificate open pit mining.
Blasting certificate underground mining.
Computer literate, Exel, Word.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I consider myself to be a peoples person with a very strong personality in the work place, my favorit sport is Formula 1 racing, my hobby is to relax when I am not working. I have retained my British citizenship and use a British passport. I am a hands on person and I like very much to trail people to do new work I see this as an achievement when I get results.
