A Production engineer/Technologist with 20 year ’s experience in the oil industry in Nigeria and the Netherlands in the following
areas:

Field optimization, through well surveillance and workover proposal identification. Trouble shooting existing wells. Identification of opportunities to further boost oil and gas production such as water shut-off through tubing intervention and gas lift optimizations.
Generating proposal for well activities on existing wells. These include the well data gathering activities required for reservoir monitoring and well intervention and workover activities. Experienced in operational support during rig/rigless operations. Provide support and input into new technology to keep abreast in development of smart well technology. Provide Production Technology support expertise in two of the self-managing integrated field studies.

• Production Technology input to the optimization of existing
Wells (30 production wells) This includes solving
specific well integrity problems, generating ideas to enhance
Production and delivering results from 'Produce the Limit'
• Carry out conceptual well design for vertical and horizontal wells.
Ensuring HSE and integrity issues have the highest priority.
• Review opportunities for generating oil via rig and rigless
intervention.

  3. Replace the use of lignosulphonte mud system with chrome free products to ensure HSE qualities.
  4. Issue drilling fluid trouble shooting guide to field personnel to broaden knowledge on drilling fluid chemistry.
  5. Issued and presented a report Hole problems encountered in Shell Nigeria Western division operational area.
