WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Since June 2002 working with RMZ Corp, handling the RMZ FUTURA II project for the software facility at Bangalore.
2. March 2000 – May 2002, worked as Project Engineer – Civil at M/s.Rohan Builders (India) Pvt Ltd, Bangalore branch office. Handled the Yetticate Exports, Sudarshan cables – JFTC plant, Coconut extraction plant for Marico Industries at Pondycherry.
3. May 1999- Feb 2000 worked at M/s.MITSUI KENSETSU INDIA PVT. LTD., A Subsidiary of MITSUI CONSTRUCTION Co. LTD., JAPAN as Civil Engineer, at Toyota Techno Park,Bidadi an auto ancillary unit of M/s. TOYATA KIRLOSKAR MOTOR LTD.
4. May 1996- Feb 1999 worked at M/s.Scorpion Housing Development Co.Ltd. as Project Engineer. I was in charge of a residential complex consisting of 240 apartments called "Grace garden" and Commercial project "The Status". Both the Project are B+G+5 floors. Here I was Co-ordinating with different consultants for the projects, preparation of tenders and finalisation of contracts, planning and scheduling of the projects(fortnightly),quality control and site supervision, and project monitoring on 'Primavera Project Planner`.
5. March 1994-May 1996, worked for M/s.Hassan and Associates as Project Engineer. Here I was handling both Residential and Commercial project. Here I was involved in design, tending quality and quantity checking, preparing bills for clients, and site supervision.
6. Aug 1992- Feb 1994 worked for M/s. India Builder's Corporation. Here I was handling the Commerical Project " The Estate" consisting of B+G+10 floors. I was involved in day to day work scheduling, checking the quality of materials, works, preparation of weekly progress reports, checking the monthly running bills etc.,
