* Reservoir engineering Focal Point for oil & gas fields in GOM deepwater including a multi TCF field. Monitor reservoir performance, providing expectations-forecast oil, gas, and water, providing current projection–monthly/quarterly and make recommendations for production/reserves optimization.
* Identifying primary and/or re-development, artificial lift and production optimization/enhancement opportunities to increase ultimate recoveries and reduce total life-cycle costs. Identify and evaluation of behind pipe opportunities. Estimate volumes of hydrocarbons developed by these activities. Work in integrated team for maturation of identified opportunities.
* Carry out reservoir/field studies to develop reservoir management, depletion plan & strategy and operating philosophy over life cycle of the reservoir. Integrating well performance, nodal analysis, pressure transient analysis, pressure trend analysis, material balance, volumetric, decline curve analyses and reservoir simulation model in the studies. Identifying key subsurface uncertainties, geological and mechanical risks. Document studies/plans and support with detailed economic & decision analysis and AFE recommendations.
* Preparation of annual reservoir surveillance/management plans. Implement short-term and long-term strategies with focus on production and reserve optimization and to meet annual production targets. Obtain agreement from production and facility engineers for the proposed plans.
* Coordinate fieldwork related to reservoir engineering issues. Work with production & facility engineers to identify cost effective and environmentally acceptable reservoir driven projects and development plans which will maximize the value of hydrocarbon assets. Construct development scenarios and associated cost with an objective to keep unit production cost to minimum level. Determine platform economic life and evaluation of end game plans.

* Identifying, investigation of production & borehole related problems/impairments, determine remedial action. Design and execute procedure to reestablish or improve upon the desired production volumes. Cost estimation/AFE recommendations. Coordination with company-man and recommending PATHFORWARD during operations.
* Develop well/reservoir surveillance plan with reservoir engineer. Identify candidates for wellbore intervention operations, production logging & related cased hole logs and design the operation. Monitor operations and evaluate results. Generate an activity proposal for surveillance operations, which contains the economic justification, functional design and outline program. Obtain key data and incorporate it into Asset Reference Plan, with the associated costs and production deferments.
* Develop well intervention operations (rig and thru-tubing), drilling/workover plans, improved production and re-completion strategies aimed at maintaining the field production target and optimizing reserves.
* Develop and execution of development/workover well completion plans. Work with the Completion Engineer to develop the conceptual completion design to ensure integrity and maximize life cycle cost of the well. Preparing cost estimation/AFE. Represented company at well site during completion phase. Ensured all operations conformed to company's HSE policy and follow agreed procedures. Installation and thereafter maintenance of well safety system.
* Supervised field production operations including wells, gas dehydration plants (120 MMCFD capacity), oil separation/storage facilities, sales metering facilities, produced water disposal facilities and (+200 miles network) gas gathering systems. Optimizing production into the gathering system by performance improvement. Participated in Gas Field Development Planning and execution of plan.
* Creating annual field business plan for production and CAPEX/OPEX. Achieving business plan targets for production and keeping track of budget.
