Since December 22nd 1996 working as a field process Operator in
Qatar Liquefied Gas Co. Doha, Qatar.
About Employer: Qatar liquefied gas Company Ltd., the world's largest leading supplier of LNG & Condensate. Which is producing nine million metric tones per annum LNG from three production trains. Which is the world's first company to achieve ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 certifications for quality assurance & environmental management.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Worked in LNG train3 and Helium unit of Qatar gas in pre commissioning & commissioning. Involved in the shut downs to repair main cryogenic heat exchanger.

Worked in De-Bottlenecking project (2002-2005) of 3 LNG trains, this capacity expanded from 8milion tones to nine million tones.
At present I am working in Qatar gas company Ltd. As a LNG plant senior operator in following Units.

a) Acid gas (H2S, CO2) removal unit. (Shell-saline-D process)
b) Dehydration & Mercapton removal unit.
c) Mercury removal unit.
d) Gas chilling &liquefaction unit. (Compressor section)
e) Propane & mixed refrigeration.
f) Fractionation unit (it consists of deethanizer, depropanizer, debutanizer)
g) Nitrogen rejection unit.

Equipment /Unit operation handled
Well versan in handling & safe operation of various equipment like gas turbine GE frame 5 & control system developed compressor, centrifugal & reciprocating pumps various types of heat exchanger.
Well versan in handling of several of unit operations like Absorption, Regeneration, Refrigeration, Distillation (vacuum & steam distillation) Adsorption, Strippers, Reactors.

Responsibilities:
Taking care of running equipment, monitoring field indication parameters & reporting abnormalities to panel operators and Supervisor.
Isolation& preparation of equipment & vessels for maintenance, reactivating the system after maintenance.
Maintaining logbook, log sheets, signing &follow up of work permits.
Co-ordination with mechanical, electrical, instrument & support services.
Operations of fire and safety equipment.

First aid, confined space entry, defensive driving, environmental awareness, authorized gas tester, H2S effects and B/A sets, materials handling, permit to work, plant safety induction, fire fighting, improvement and suggestion, QMSI (Qatar gas management system for continuous Improvement), waste management, Hazardous material

PAST EXPERIENCE:
1) 3 years worked with Finolex Industries Ltd. Rantnagiri, India. As Sr Process Officer. The Company is in the field of manufacturing PVC Resins. I was involved in manufacturing the intermediate Product, 1,20,000 TPA of VCM by gas cracker, 96,000 TPA of EDC by oxidation of ethylene and HCL through fluidized catalyst bed reactor and EDC Purification by distillation and also a by Product 6,800 TPA of 30% HCL by waste gas incinerator. The Process in controlled by DCS YOKOGAWA CENTUM SYSTEM and automatic controls.
I was responsible for the Commissioning and Operation in the Panel/ Field in Shifts.

2) 6 years worked with Cyanides & Chemical Co., Olpad Surat (Gujarat) as Supervisor (Production). Mfg. Hydrogen Cyanide, Sodium Cyanide, Potassium Cyanide, Diphenyl Guanidine, Potassium/Sodium Ferro cyanide, Ammonium Sulphate etc.
