1994 - Present: Project Manager at Degussa Corporation, Mobile Site. Responsible for scheduling, supervising, coordinating, tracking, performing NDT inspections, and supervision of report processing. Primary liaison between customer and company. Technical illustration of inspection results and general equipment drawings with AUTOCAD. Tracking of inspections with MS Access. Use of the Marcam and SAP systems for entity and work order research, work order generation and planning, storeroom access, purchase order requistions, and purchase order research. Use of PRISMdms for electronic report storage and management. Primary inspection duties encompass pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and P&ID accuracy as related to piping systems. 1993-1994: Draftsman at CIBA, Macintosh, Alabama, for 3 months drawing "as built" isometric piping sketches and "red-lining" P&IDs. Customer contact, Matt Gunter. Remainder of year "call-out" work from office performing inspections and NDT on various equipment.
1991-1993: Project Manager at Hoechst Celanese, Bucks, Alabama. Responsible for scheduling, supervising, coordinating and performing NDT inspections, and supervision of report processing. Primary liaison between customer and company. Primary inspection duties encompassed pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and P&ID accuracy as related to piping systems.
1990-1991: Project Manager at Champion International, Courtland, Alabama. Responsible for scheduling, performing NDT inspections, and supervision of report processing. Primary liaison between customer and company. Primary inspection duties encompassed pressure vessels and storage tanks.
1988-1990: Temporary assignment as Division Manager, Mobile Division. Achieved $2,000,000 sales award and the first division to produce profit in each quarter of the year.
1983-1988: Hired in as technician trainee and achieved NDT Level II certification, Division Radiation Safety Officer, and Lead Technician. NDT inspections were performed in pulp & paper, utilities, and chemical industries. Responsible for supervision of "shut-down" inspections in pulp & paper, utility, and chemical facilities.
