1.Proficient in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) using AutoCAD versions 2002-2005, Architecural Desktop, IntelliCadd and 3D Home.
2. Proficient in using the following Structural Software: Staad, Grasp, Microfeap, Bats, Gear, Sysdesign and Sable.
3. Skilled in Specifications Writing and can prepare PowerPoint slides for lectures and project presentations.
4. Well exposed in Quantity Surveying and can prepare Detailed Estimates, Bill of Materials, and Program of Works with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher and other Microsoft Programs.
5. With good knowledge in manual drafting—from layouts to structural and even architectural detailing.
6. With good communication skills and can relate flexibly with different kinds of people.
7. A fast learner with good grasping capacities.
8. Can work under pressure with reliable outputs and results.
9. Well experienced in site supervision & Program of Work preparations.
10. With lots of experience in computer troubleshooting both on software as well as in hardware.
11. Prepared lots of architectural details, structural analysis as well as electrical, mechanical and sanitary layouts for buildings in the Philippines.
