Project: 50 million dollar projects of [1] Large Bore & Small Bore (LBSB) Pipelines Fab'n & (underground) Installation and [2] Offsite Mechanical & Piping Facilities for Tengiz-Chever-Oil (TCO) thru' Parsons-Flour-Daniel (PFD) at Tengiz, Kazakhstan.
Nature of works: All activities of General Manager-Projects & Operations heading the entire Tengiz unit consisting of more than 1000 expat+local staff, as the Head of this Tengiz Upstream & Downstream work-site including Client Interface and Contract Claims Management.
Highlights: (1) Within the first month, I had already given an additional revenue/claim of US$35,967, till previos month's invoice (from the start of the Projects) to Punjlloyd Co. by discovering a blunder mistake in the previous invoices of the company (before my joining this Co.) to the client. This discovery will also benefit the company in future invoices of at east around US$64,000, thus a total add'l revenue by co. from client to the tune of US$100K. Further, Add'l US$10 million revenue by Claims in last 6 months.
