Joint Agiba petroleum company (www.agiba.com) at March 1996 up to now (+10 Years experience). This experience covers surface & subsurface production operations, well services, planning and training aspects in various supervisory roles.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Surface Production Operations:
* Operated fields with: Electrical submersible, Beam, Jet, Progressive Cavity pumping system.
* Conducted the optimization of artificial lift pumping system
* Involved in commissioning, and start up of oil process facilities.
* Operated and managed oil production facilities.
* Operated and managed water injection facilities

Well Services Operations:
* Responsible for the preparation of programs and the execution of all well testing, well completion, stimulation and wireline activities on five oil fields.
* Established well head maintenance section and upgrading program for an onshore field comprising of 128 oil and water wells
* Conducted artificially lift pumping wells optimization program.
* Optimized the utilization of the work over hoists.
* Improved the completion programs, resulting in a reduction of rig time.
Integrated Production Operations, Planning & Programming, Projects:
* Prepared production operating budgets, Operating Philosophies, Operating Procedures, and Personnel Development programs.
* Established the monthly reporting system for the Operating Department and introduced performance indicators.

General Activities:
* Solving problems which affect production, keeping it at target.
* Preparing programs for the rigless operations (perforation / pressure survey, dynamometer survey, well testing, wire line operation, stimulation), and following these jobs up.

* Preparing material requisition for down hole pumps & sucker rod string.

Job Highlights

1996 to 1997
* Through this period I was on rotation of all petroleum departments, I took 3 months rotation on Drilling Department and I attend the drilling for 2 wells, 3 months rotation on Workover Department and 3 months rotation on Procces Department.

1997 to 1998
* Through this period I was worked on Distric Eng. Department on MELEIHA Field which is located in Western Desert, Egypt. The field was considered to be the biggest field in Agiba Petroleum Company. Producing formation is Bahariya of cenomanian age. Average depth is 5600 FT/SS. Oil API is 38 and saturated reservoir with the bubble point at 450 PSIG. There are 80 wells on production (12 ESP and the remaining wells equipped with S/R). During this period I was responsible for:
1) Monitoring all producing and injector wells.
2) Preparation of all production & injection allocation reports.
3) Supervising new perforation and reperforation jobs
4) Supervision of all wire line jobs.
5) Follow workover operations

1999 to 2004
* Through this period I was worked on Production Eng. Department on MELEIHA Field which is located in Western Desert, Egypt During this period I was responsible for:
1) Follow up production and injection wells
2) Follow up water injection performance through PLT, fall off tests & injectivity tests
3) Conducted stimulation treatments for water injection wells
4) Artificial lift means design and implementation.
a) Sucker rod design & rod and pump selection.
b) Follow up surface unit installation and preventive maintenance.
c) Preparation all fishing tools for s/r string.
d) Troubleshooting all surface and down hole pump problems.
e) Reading and diagnosis of dynamometer cards f) Jet pump design and down hole pump redressing g) Progressive cavity pump installation and performance.
h) Follow up E.S.P installation
5) Supervising well tests for production wells
6) Supervising workshop jobs for production equipment (pumps, anchors, valves)
7) Supervising pulling unit operations (pumps problem, rods problem)
8) Follow production materials on warehouse (check, requisitions)
9) Supervising daily production report for all Western Desert fields
10) Follow workover operations
11) Supervision of water shut off, acidizing job and hydraulic fracturing jobs

2004 to 2006
* Through this period I was worked on Production Eng. Department on CAIOR office of Agiba Petroleum Company, Egypt as Section head of Production Engineering During this period I was responsible for:
1) Supervising for preparing monthly and yearly production reports
2) Supervising for preparing monthly and yearly royalty reports
3) Supervising for preparing workover programs
4) Supervising for preparing rigless programs (PLT, TDT, acid)
