I would like to submit my CV for the subject post in Nigeria. I am basically a degree holder in Mechanical engineering from a reputed university in India, with 15 years of post degree experience in oil & gas, chemical processing industries with thorough exposures to Projects, Plant maintenance, Inventory control on spares and consumables and workshop management.
Presently working in Nigeria as Mechanical engineer in the Maintenance Technical Office, with M/s. Nigerian Agip Oil Company under contract to M/s. Sudelettra Nigeria Ltd. for the past 4 years.
Effecting technical coordination with Consultants, Equipment manufacturers, vendors, in-house maintenance team for the implementation of various maintenance based projects, modifications for process improvements etc. Preparation of technical specifications, detailed engineering, scope of work, tender documents, and technical appraisal of the tenders for the service contracts and procurement of plant equipments.
Thorough knowledge to operation and maintenance of static and rotating equipment in Oil & gas and chemical process industries. Having good experience to planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, history records, MTTR and MTBR calculations, evaluation of maintenance cost, safety audits etc. in the most advanced DCS controlled LNG and NGL plants.

Major Responsibilities
•To attend preventive and breakdown maintenance of static and rotating equipment, in the LNG / NGL gas plants and oil flow stations.
•Technical coordination with Consultants, Equipment manufacturers, vendors, in-house maintenance team for the implementation of various maintenance based projects, modifications for process improvements etc.
•Preparation of technical specifications, detailed engineering, scope of work, tender documents, and technical appraisal of the tenders for the service contracts and procurement of plant equipments like compressors, pumps generators, cooling towers, deep refrigeration units, oil flow pipe lines, valves spare parts, etc for the gas plant, oil flow station and in the chemical plants.
•To effect modifications for improvements on various plant equipments, preparation of Auto CAD drawings for job execution and records.
•Breakdown interventions on plant equipments and utilities, oil Flow lines spillages in the host community areas, including survey, evaluation, repairs and reports in coordination with various departments like public affairs, safety, security, transport, government statutory bodies, contractors etc.
•To train and motivate the team of the multinational engineering staffs, as to achieve the target of maximizing the machine up time.

•Successful erection and commissioning of 50,000 bpd oil flow station.
•Repowering of 750 KW united Pignone multistage crude oil delivery pump, Atlas copco air compressors recovered from scrap.
•Optimized maximum minimum stock levels of spares and consumables for the critical equipments and reduced the level of inactive inventories substantially.
•Designed and developed effective modifications to arrest incessant leakage on JC mechanical seal from the newly installed high pressure Flow serve crude oil delivery pump 450 KW, which received appreciation from management and equipment manufacturer.
