Scope of Work: As a leading member of the workover, completion and testing Engineering Section, assigned to "Mabruk onshore and part time for Aljurf offshore fields", where various fields and reservoirs total a producing capacity of 15,000 BOPD for onshore and 40,000 BOPD for offshore.

Specific Duties: Selected projects include;

1. Planning, preparing, reviewing, recommending, and processing completion and workover programs. Following up and modifying the same during their execution, workover activities including:

- Complete new oil, water and injector wells
- Change artificial lift system (ESP, SRP and PCP) or optimization.
- Clean hole from sand and deposition.
- Follow up implementing stimulation jobs for Vertical and horizontal wells.
- Change injector string
- Restoration suspended oil wells
- Reactivate shut-in oil well
- Convert producer oil well to injector well.

2. Coordinating with Reservoir Engineering to determine adequate reservoir management policies. Accordingly, planning and activating field operations such as production testing, well logging, well stimulation, pressure surveys and well workovers.

3. Monitoring and evaluating field and well performances and providing management with engineering advice and reports.

4. Interpretation cased and open hole logs (CBL, VDL, USIT, corrosion log, GR, SP and RES.)

5. Designing and supervising treatment and remedial cement squeezes for repair leaks or improve casing bond.

6. Design and prepare stimulation and testing programs for vertical and horizontal wells, Evaluate well performance after treatment and issue conclusion and recommendation.

7. Follows up day-to-day completion and workover operations and provide technical advice and recommendation for the field wells-supervisor.

8. Supervision completion & workover operations at well location, provide technical advice and recommendation.

9. Select and design artificial lift systems for oil and water producers (Electrical submersible pump (ESP), sucker rod pumps (SRP) and Progressive cavity pump (PCP) for oil well based on swabbing and flow test results.
10. Evaluating Improve artificial system for optimization well productivity and artificial lift pumping efficiency, based on well pressure and influx.

11. Follow up implementation workover program, discuss and supervising well supervisor during operation.

12. Forecast material requirement for completion and workover (well head type, completion string, suitable artificial lift and surface control equipment).

13. Monitoring production & injection in water flood, miscible flood schemes, well completion, recommending candidates for workover and stimulation.

14. Prepare production equipment requisitions for future needs (wellhead, tubing, packers, tubing anchor, down hole and surface sucker rod equipment, down hole ESP and surface equipment and PCP down and surface equipment, also evaluate offers and issue recommendation.

15. Prepare call for tender for production equipment and services (Stimulation, cementing, wire line, slick line testing, sampling…...), evaluate offers and issue recommendation.

16. Prepare workover rig specification as per field requirement.

17. Prepare call for tender for select workover rig, evaluate offers and issue recommendation.

18. Prepare and supervise wire line activities.

19. Prepare workover rig inspection procedure, evaluate status of rig and follow up rig repair actions.

20. Forecast, preparing, and recommending capital, expense and workover budgets. Specifying and coordinating the procurement of related equipment, materials and services. Evaluating bids with recommendations to management
