MAJOR PROJECTS HANDELED
Following are some of the main projects I have been directly involved as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Contract Manager. The projects range from about one million dollar to over one billion dollar. I have directed various multi-national consultants, contractors, vendors, and hundreds of multi-national and domestic workforce.
1. IJPC Feedstock in South Iran. The project was over one billion dollars and included 11 compressor stations, 2 NGL plants, and piping network connecting the system, and ultimately feeding gas and liquid to a petrochemical complex.
2. Construction of new 200,000 barrels refinery in Tehran, and 250,000 barrels refinery in Esfahan.
3. Regional airport for the oil company, including runway, hangers, terminal, etc.
4. Housing complex for 1,000 families in South Iran including single units, apartments, utilities, road system, recreation facilities, schools, shopping centers, etc.
5. 15 story headquarter building in Tehran, Iran
6. Water and Sewage Treatment plant for City of Ahwaz (population 50,000)
7. Distribution Center and warehousing complex in China for approximately one million square feet.
8. Manufacturing plant for hand tools in China.
9. 80 miles undersea crude pipeline in Persian/Arabian Gulf.
10. Manufacturing and assembly plant for medical devices in China.
11. Refinery overhaul and renovation in South Korea and Iran.
12. Tank form for crude oil including one million barrel floating roof storage tanks.
13. Recreation and resort complex including theatres, bowling, small golf course, beach facilities, sport facilities, etc.
14. Storm drainage and surface water system for city of Masjed e- Sulaiman in Iran (population 45,000)
15. Health Center for city of Abadan including 50 bed hospital, specialty clinics, adjoining guest house.
16. Temporary full service camps for up to 2,000 workforce with housing, catering, recreation facilities and related infrastructure.
17. Water desalination plant in Kharg Island.
