- Responsible in assisting Construction Manager in ensuring that contractors- adhere to the development and implementation of plans, and programs to meet contractual commitments on safety, schedule, work performance, quality of works, cost and the profitability of the project in Khursaniyah Gas Plants – NGL Trains 1 & 2.
- Closely monitor contractors manpower level in relation to progress to meet volume of activity since this is a fast track project.
Identify priority interface activities and inform contractor of solutions to prevent delays.
- Constantly advice & identify contractors of workable areas in reference to construction schedule to maintain progress.
- Attend weekly meetings with management and contractors to discuss progress, delays and provide suggestions and solutions.
- Conduct daily surveillance on contractors (Technip & Bechtel) activities in the areas of safety, quality & progress.
