* Sound knowledge of International Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger Codes and Calculation Software like Compress, PV Elite, CodeCalc, Tank, AutoCAD, MS Office.
* Providing technical expertise to project teams to ensure technical adequacy of Vessel and Heat Exchanger equipment.
* Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 quality procedures
* Prepare and develop deliverables to a high technical standard
* Liaison with clients, project engineering, procurement and inspection and expediting
* Visit fabricators facilities.
* Worked with major Oil Company specifications like SHELL DEP's, TOTAL & UOP.

Working as Mechanical Engineer in Design Team with DAEKYUNG Technos Co. Ltd, South Korea, a leading Fabrication Company operating in Oil & Gas field.
Job Responsibilities handled:
* Working on the Reliance Petroleum's Jamnagar Export Refinery Project of Bechtel, U.K. for Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessels, Columns & Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers.

B) Jan., 2005 to Feb.,2006
Worked as Mechanical Design Engineer - Static Equipment with Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Co. (K.S.C.) Kuwait, a leading EPC organization operating in Kuwait dealing in Oil & Gas field.
Job Responsibilities handled:
* Worked as Mechanical Discipline Engineer on several Gathering Centre Expansion Projects of Kuwait Oil Company and New Ethane Recovery Unit of Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
* Worked on the Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessels (Oil/Gas/Liquid Separators, Crude Desalters, De-Gas Boot, KO Drums, Scrubbers etc.), Columns, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Indirect Type Oil Heaters, & Storage Tanks.
* Checking of Shop Fabrication Drawings of Equipment.
* Resolving routine problems of Shop Supervisors related to various ongoing jobs in shop.
* Dealt with major International Clients such as SNC Lavallin, AKER Kvaerner, CB&I Howe Baker, amec, Fluor, Petrofac International, Hyundai Engg. & Construction.
Achievement:
As a Discipline Engineer, handled efficiently and with least supervision appx. 120 nos. equipment comprising of Pressure Vessels, & Indirect Type Oil Heaters and conceived job successfully. Worked as a focal point to sort out any technical query related to equipment internally as well as from client's side.
C) April, 2003 to Jan, 2005
Worked as Asst. Manager-Mechanical Design with Reliance Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd. (Reliance Jamnagar Refinery Complex having world's largest grass root level Refinery), in Jamnagar India.
Job Responsibilities handled:
* Mechanical Design of Static Equipment i.e. Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Double Pipe Heat Exchangers & Storage Tanks etc.
* Preparation of Conceptional Design, Specifications & Mechanical Datasheet.
* Preparation of Enquiry Specifications and Material Requisitions & Technical Bid evaluation of Proposals.
* Review of Vendor documents including Fabrication Drawings, Mechanical Design Calculations etc.
* Shut down Refinery activities such as modification in existing equipment etc.
* Providing Technical Support to Vendors.
* Interfacing with other deptt such as Civil, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Process etc.
* Active Participation in Technical Meetings with Vendors.
* Providing dispatch clearance to Vendor's from Engineering side.
Achievement:
Acted as Assistant Discipline Lead Engineer in New Kerosene Merox Unit project of Refinery and have implimented all activities of project from inquiry through to completion. This fact would be appreciated that Reactor, Vessels, Electrostatic Coalescer Package of unit were erected two months before the scheduled date of erection.

Worked with ISO 9001 Company Meenakshi Associates Pvt. Ltd, Noida, India (Reputed Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers Manufacturer in India) as Mechanical Design Engineer. The organization is involved in fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Columns & Storage Tanks
