* KHA Consulting- Designed a unique process to recover Niobium oxide and Apatite concentrates starting from lab bench tests, later confirmed and optimized including full water recirculation in pilot runs.
* SOMIKIVU - Implemented operating cost control program leading to optimization of costs and profit. Ainterim General Manager organized the mine closure and safe evacuation of staff, workers and their families during local ethnic war.
* Centromin-Peru.-Cobriza. Implemented a process control strategy using existing instrumentation resultiin annual savings of more than $ 1 000 000 in chemicals and increased metal recovery.
* Centromin-Peru- Yauricocha. Proposed/implemented innovative solutions to operational problems, which contributed to extend the economical life of the mine.
