12 years experience previous to the above in a wide range of land surveying, dimensional control, photo control & land engineering surveys. Extensive working knowledge of most land survey instruments.

Lead Offshore Representative during baseline pipeline and assets inspection (4 months).
2001. Wrote the Invitation to Tender for the Malampaya 3 year renewable contract for Annual pipelines and subsea asset inspection, including intervention. Subsequent Technical and Commercial evaluation of Tenderers' bids.
UKOOA 2000-2001.
QC & liaison consultant between UKOOA Oil Company members (32), Scottish Fishermans Federation and Seafish Authority. Investigating data gaps and discrepancies either from source data or after data processing on the database for the FishSAFE project

Ad-hoc Consultancy for Galley G6 Project. ChevronTexaco Offshore Representative during installation of Flowline, Umbilical, and G6 manifold template.
April-November 2000. Erskine Pipeline Reinstatement Project Survey & Vessel Co-ordinator during the reinstatement of the 12"/16" pipe-in pipeline from Erskine to Lomond (30Km). Responsible for ensuring all Construction vessels had valid audit documentation with regards to working within 500 zones at both platforms. Main liaison with BP (50% partner) on Marine, Platform, permit and Bridging Documentation issues. On-vessel review & QC of Contractors' vessel survey equipment status and suitability pre- survey/construction phases. QC of As-built documentation.

Triton Project Surveyor from April 1998 till December 1999: Offshore Client representation on construction & survey vessels during pipelay, trenching and backfilling of 2x Guillemot West pipe-in-pipelines, plus 10" Gas Export pipeline to Gannet diverter. Project Survey overseeing based in Aberdeen on all aspects of Contractors' procedures and subsequent surveys including out-of straightness and remedial rockdumping surveys on Guillemot West & 4x Bittern pipelines. Project consultation/advice on FPSO installation sail away and installation phase, plus on-vessel review & QC of Contractors' vessel survey equipment status and suitability pre-sailaway. Completion of As-built documentation QC from Triton Project in final stages.
