Responsible for directing and administering of the company's construction, maintenance, public relations and human resources functions within assigned project residency. Direct and coordinate various planning, scheduling, and technical activities. Execute quantity productivity and schedules monitoring, quality assurance and inspection, and adoption by contractor of safety standards. Monitor work activities within established timeframes, respond effectively to changing planning/scheduling needs and priorities; monitor project accomplishments in order to determine operational effectiveness. Plan, establish and implement new or revised operational policies and procedures that would enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
