* Perform Preventive and Routine maintenance activities,
* Troubleshoot and repair Instrument Measurement and Control systems, Including Allen Bradley PLC's, DeltaV DCS and RS3 DCS from Emerson Controls.
* Develop Maintenance Procedures for routine Instrument activities
* I have followed Technical Training program that incorporates the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) learning materials. In conjunction to this there is an in-depth hands on training program. The program is mentored by a Canadian Graduate from NAIT and SAIT with over 24 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation and Electrical.
* Carry out fault finding, maintenance and troubleshooting on ESD system, Waste Heat Boiler, Gas regent Heater, Heat Medium Heater, Burner Management System, Glycol Reboiler, Gas Turbine Generator, and Gas Turbine Compressor.
* Direct Instrument Technician in carrying out all aspect of maintenance, modification, calibration, troubleshooting and testing of control instrumentation in the process and utilities area of gas plant.
* Develop Maintenance strategy,identify critical part, and Create Maintenance procedure for Common instrument Job and requirement.
* Create task analysis, PRAC and update safe work procedure and JSA for the new equipment and changed instrument equipment. Ensure all procedures or JSA are socialized to others group and copy to HSE dept. for HSE dept data base
