I am a Chemical engineer employed as a Station- in-charge in oil & gas station, since 30th May 1997 in QATAR PETROLEUM, QATAR.

DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

* Supervision, Operation and maintenance of process parameters in the Oil& Gas station.
* Conducting safety meeting and Emergency response Mock drills
* Annual plant Shutdown planning and execution for vessel Inspection.
* Follow up of Permit to Work System (PTW).

* Work experience in the following equipments.
a) Well heads b) Three phase separators.
c) Hydro-cyclones.
d) De-salting tanks.
e) Hot oil systems.
f) Multi-stage centrifugal compressors.
g) Multi-stage centrifugal pumps (Variable Speed Drive)
h) Gas turbines. (Solar, Ruston, EGT & GE).

* Verification of documents such as a. PFDs b. P & ID's.

* Performing Risk Analysis (RA), Punch list preparation and conducting safety meeting.

* Operation of DCS and PLC panels.
* Handling of highly inflammable HYDROCARBONS,(ETHYLENE OXIDE,PROPYLENE,
PROPYLENE OXIDE AND LPG).

* Work experience in the following equipments a) Distillation columns, Absorbers.
b) Evaporators (Multiple effect)
c) Heat exchangers d) Pumps e) Compressors

DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE:

8 years of experience in a modern Petrochemical plant implementing the State-of-the-art technology in the manufacture of Propylene Oxide, Propylene Glycol and Polyols. Involved in the project right from the Grass root level.
